Theres a recipe on pinterest for those ice pads. You put aloe and witch hazel and some other things on the pad and place them in the freezer. If you don't have pinterest google it up. It was very simple ingredients, have not tried it but heard it was worth doing. Good luck.

They have pads that are like ice packs that help with swelling. I tore too, I think I bled for 4-5 weeks

I got stitches with my first and stopped bleeding about 2 weeks later. I didn't really notice any bleeding due to the stitches.

You may not get a period for months after if you breastfeed. I had my daughter in June, and i breastfed for 3 and a half momths amd still have no period. And i had stictches and only bled for 2 weeks after. It all depends on your body.
