Blood Spotting Pregnancy Miscarriage?

My period came on 7/17 i went for an ultrasound and the baby was to small to be seen... of course. LOL, but the pregnancy test on the stick said yes, very light.. It was taken on Tues 8/17  yesterday, I was spotting dark brown.. but last night, I felt the blood running out, when, I looked in the bathroom, I had to change underwear  Then I was good all night, I would only see it if I wipe . Today, I felt it again and I changed and this time when  pushed a clot came out not bigger than a quarter. But my concern is that its bright red. This will be my 4th pregnancy and I remember spotting dark brown and they said not to worry, uterus is shedding. But this round, its bright red, I have not called the Dr, cus, I know there is nothing they can do.

What do you think it is.

I would call the dr.. I know when I was preg I also had brown blood and I also had a period I was 8wks when that happen..

so you dont think this is the implentation spotting. that is suppose to be normal
