Braxton Hicks or the real deal?

So, I've had severe period like cramps for just over an hour. They're 10-12 minutes apart and last about 30 seconds. They're difficult to talk through and I'm keeled over in pain. Its pretty gross, but I've also had pretty bad diarrhea the past few days. Ive tried panadol, a heat bag, a warm shower, plenty of fluids and laying down. Nothing has seemed to ease them.

I don't usually post questions like this, but I can't get hold of my mum to ask her whatelse to do. Please help!

Probably call l&d or go in so the c-section goes smooth...rather than it being more of an emergency c-section

I'm a scheduled c section. I've just tried another warm shower and another heat pack. They're starting to get unbearable but they're still 7 or so minutes apart.

Have you been told I can deliver vaginaly...or are you supposed to have c-section? If you are supposed to have c-section you should probably go in before contractions get too close so gongs can go more smoothly
