I have implants. Mine are over the muscle. As far as I know, under the muscle are even less likely to effect BF. I BF my daughter for 7 months, and gave up when she got her first tooth. I'm not saying it was easy, because it wasn't, but I don't think ANY of the difficulties I had were anything to do with my implants. I had had mine done for 10 months when i got pregnant (less time than the doc recommended) and I did get some stretchmarks on my boobs that have faded away to hardly anything now. But I was a AA and when my milk came in I needed at least an E cup bra, so i guess it was a lot for my skin to stretch in a short space of time. I'm still really happy with my shape now, they did drop a little during the whole BF process, but I wouldn't change a thing. My 2nd is due any day now.
You should be able to breastfeed!
Yep you can breastfeed even if you have implants. My sister got silicone implants and went from a size A to a full C and breastfeed just fine... plus her boobs still look perky after two kids while mine now feel the force of gravity and are pointing towards the ground. I'm getting implants when I can.
breastfeeding is possible depending on where they are or how they are put in or something. my boobs are real so i wouldnt be someone to ask but im sure one of the other ladies will know better
but yes it is possible!
