Breathing

I'm 31 weeks and I've had the hardest time breathing...do any of you girls feel this way? Like I feel like I have so much pressure on my chest and I breath so heavy like everybody can hear me lol I'm just wondering if alot of you all are feeling that way and any helpful tips to help...

I'm breathing hard right now I feel like I've been breathing hard my whole pregnancy but of course it's worse now that I'm 34 weeks. Pretty sure just because I changed positions in bed that's why im breathing hard at the moment lol it's embarrassing other people always point it out

OMG yeeees!! i went at a walmart and obviously i don't want to sit cuz its gross lol but i came out breathing like as if i ran 2-3 blocks lol

@GSYoung Me too especially going to the bathroom...lol and when your in a public bathroom and squat omg your talking about a struggle lol

I'm 35 wks and I feel like I'll start panting over any little thing, I can go to the restroom and start breathing hard idk what to do about it I try and just sit up or open up my chest with a pillow so I an get more air to my lungs lol

Thanks @Emalee132 :) it's just hard to deal with but we have no choice :) I'll have to try the streching and see if it helps...thanks at least we are in the 10 week range :)

I get that too! Better posture helps and also stretching your arms over your head... But you mainly just have to deal with it /: it ***** a lot, I'm 34 weeks and have dropped but I still get out of breathe easily!
