C Section. already moms?

I had my c section last Wednesday almost a week ago and I am very swollen from my legs to my feet. I have no idea how to get rid of all this. Also how long does it take for the incision to heal? My back is killing me ever since I gave labor.

My feet were also swollen. In the hospital after my csection they had wraps around my legs that would squeeze them to prevent blood clots and swolleness to go down.
My back also hurted for like 2 weeks and my incesion for 3 weeks  my medicane helped alot

I had a c section with my first and I don't remember my legs and feet being swollen??. But I remember I started feeling more like myself after three weeks. The more you move around and walk the better you'll feel. My back hurt after for a while too but it went away within time.
