CHEST BURNING! HELP!
What can I do to relieve heart burn?
Water felt like it was making my heartburn worse : /
I drank milk, but I put a little nesquick powder in it ( very minimal amount) just for the taste, I can't stand the after taste of milk alone, and I take a tum, I have been doing the milk thing for 2 days in the morning ( not tums) and I haven't got a heartburn since :D and mine were soooooooo extremely bad !

Cold water, ice.. some ppl swear by milk but milk gives me heartburn lol. Tums are safe if you have any available
