COFFEE & PREGNACY

Does anyone drink coffee or know if it's ok to drink coffee during Pregnacy

So decaf coffee is perfect right ? I wouldn't have to limit myself if it's decaf right ???

I drink two cups a day. My doctor say its totally fine and safe in moderation! I cut back from being a 12 cup a day girl lol!

If you can avoid it then you should. As 200mg is the maximum caffeine intake each day that is recommended by Dr's and other health professionals. Don't forget that chocolate, soda, tea and even some medications contain caffeine. So try not to over do it. Caffeine isn't good for you or baby

They say two small cups. But with my first daughter drank everyday all day. I worked at starbucks. Didnt know i was preggo until seven mths. But she came out prefect. Nothing wrong. And she is almost 4 and so smart. Just saying.

I sure drink my coffee every morning and sometimes have an iced one in the afternoon. :)

200mg a day :) if you are a Starbucks lover you can Google their caffine guide so you can see what drinks are under 200ng

Girl it's so goood... but just don't drink it everyday which is hard not too lol..
