Am I feeling my baby move?

Since this is my first pregnancy that has ever made it this far, I'm not sure if what I'm feeling is the baby or not. I am 14 weeks 3 days pregnant. Baby has consistently been measuring 5-6 days ahead (so 15 + weeks) I often feel what I would describe as a "muscle spasm" it's a very quick but light spasm type feeling. Very very quick. When I use my fetal heart doppler the spasm is always right around where the baby is. Does this sound like it's the beginning of baby movements? I've never felt this before but I also know there's a lot of things happening to my body right now so it could be something else I guess. It happens fairly often though. Do the first flutters feel like a quick muscle spasm?

Yes, definitely sounds like it!! It's such an amazing feeling! :) I would describe mine like a flutter or a muscle spasm as well. It was the same way with all of my pregnancies and whenever I felt the movement, that's where I would find the heartbeat as well! Congrats!!

Wow this is so exciting. I pray daily for a healthy baby and it will be reassuring when I can definitely distinguish that my baby is alive & moving! Thank you ladies!

Sounds like it to me as well. I would describe early movements as "muscle spasms" and most women describe them as flutters or bubbles. But yes - definitely feels like muscle spasms early on!

Sounds like you are feeling that baby moving!!!  And that's great too because most first time moms feel it later than moms that have had previous babies.  Congrats and enjoy it now because it will get so much stronger, it may even keep you  up at night!  Ha ha!  Mine sure do :)
