Caffeine ?????

How bad is caffeine for my baby I'm currently drinking a caramel latte I've been craving it for weeks  and have been trying to avoid it but it's a strong craving does caffeine cause any type of harm to the baby are does it have to be in excessive amounts ????

I have 1 maybe 2 cups of coffee every morning after that its nothing but water all day everday my tastebuds are very bored lol

I normally only drink water because everything else makes me throw up but every once in awhile I'll crave a soda or a cup of coffee are just caffeine period  I try to avoid it but sometimes the craving are to strong like I'm not satisfied until I get it

Idk if this applies to everyone but my friend drank alot of soda during her pregnancy and her son is 2 years and very hyper she says sheregrets itt im taking her advice and staying away from caffine

1 caffeine beverage a day is what my dr told me.

My dr told me to limit it to one coke a day or the caffeine  equivalent (one cup of coffee or tea)

Honestly i drink soda all day long and my baby is very healthy. I try and drink non caffeine drinks sometimes but its mostly coke bc i crave it all the time!

Caffeine is alright doctors reccomend just not drinking over 300mg a day I believe.
