Insomnia is normal during pregnancy.  I had it bad with number three.  If you take unisom or Tylenol pm make sure it is the regular kind not the rapid release formula because my ob said any rapid release formula is not safe.  Good luck hope u get some rest

When I had problems sleeping I was able to take the sleep aid "Unisom" it's a class A drug so it is completely safe for baby.

Try using a pillow between yur legs,  a glass of warm milk before bed. I have had this come and go the whole time. My njghts when they get better look like this 10 to 12 30 then awake every 30 to 1 hr until 5 then it usually improves. It was a terrible system when i had to get up at 5 but now that im off its better. Naps in the afternoon may be necessary. I did mine after work. In really good phases,  i get the most sleep from 10 until 2 30.  It seems be the avg night righ now. Make sûre your bladder is empty as i find once that initial wake up happens,  there is no going back
