Can't bond

Okay so I'm a first time mother, currently 14 weeks and I can't seem to bond with the fact that I'm carrying a baby. Sometimes it even slips my mind that I'm pregnant. I got an ultrasound last week for the first time and saw the little human inside of me but it seems so unreal. I'm hoping once I start to feel my baby move I'll grow more attached?

U have a ways to go. It'll come naturally.  Maybe when your belly gets bigger & start to look preggers you'll bond. I was in denial up until 17wks lol so, you've got time,  don't stress it.

I started to really bond with both of my pregnancies once that first real kick happened, like no mistaking it for gas or something

I really started to bond with my baby Monday when we found out we are having a girl and I could call her by her name instead of the baby :)

I didn't fall in love right away either. It didn't even seem like my body when i first found out And i didn't like being pregnant, i was very uncomfortable most of the time. But the second i saw him in the delivery room my heart literally burst into a million melty pieces and I've never felt such intense love in all my life. I'm pregnant again and can't imagine loving this baby as much as i love my 10month old son, but i know it's just because i haven't met this baby yet And the second i lay my eyes on him/her i will fall crazy in love again :)

I didn't bond and i wasn't exicited about the pregnancy until I started showing. For awhile i was scared that I wouldn't bond at all and I felt like I was going to be a bad mom. Now that I'm near the end I just want him in my arms.

Some women don't bond until baby is born. Don't worry it will happen
