Can't sleep!

25 Weeks and can't seem to sleep anymore. if I do sleep then its for an hour or two and not a regular 8-10 hours of sleeping during the night. if I do force myself to sleep I wake up with a huge migraine and on top of that I don't have much of an appetite anymore. any suggestions or comments on what should do?

Tylenol pm might help a bit. I'll be 33 weeks & I think I'm not sleeping due to anxiety. I told my ob that my sleep is very poor & she said that's pretty normal for expecting moms. If you feel sleep deprived maybe check in w/ your Dr.

If benadryl doesn't help ask your dr for a sleeping pill! I take half an ambien and it works amazingly. I don't wake up feeling drugged. I don't take it every night just when I haven't slept for a while. For me the sleep had gotten better and now its getting sorta bad again. I get maybe 8 hours of tossing and turning a night. I will be 33 weeks Wednesday! Yahoo
