Can't sleep!

What do you do when you can't sleep?? I have been sleeping like crap!! PM's barely work and some natural stuff I have quit working too. I'm gunna go nuts! Last night I took 1 1/2 PM pills AND one of the natural ones and still didnt fall asleep til 2:30am..  I also seem to let restless legs but it takes over my whole body. Ill twitch every part of me! Getting up and walking around for a bit doesn't seem to help anymore..

I used to be able to go to the couch and the restlessness and twitching would stop and I'd fall asleep fast.. Wouldnt sleep for more than 2 hours before I'd wake up then I could go to my bed and sleep.. But I feel I can't continue to fall asleep on the couch because now my daughter wants to sleep there.

Advice??

Try warm milk with a lil bit of sugar in it(makes it taste better) my mom used to give it to me when I couldn't sleep at night

Well the ones I have been taking are the natural ones. My doctor told me I could take them since the PM's stopped working..   But even those aren't working the way they did when I started them..

This might be odd but started thinking last at 2:30am that maybe I sleep better on the couch because it feels like the back of the couch is a guy snuggling or sleeping next to me?? And maybe when he's actually over and can't sleep I feel bad for constantly moving so I go to the couch..
Maybe my tummy growing.. My mom says I look like I've gained 8 pounds in my tummy since Wednesday..
Ugh I dunno.. *****! Got 4 hours sleep last night..

You can take natrually pills to sleep I didn't know that. But ah that ***** I feel like that aswell but lately ive been sleeping a bit betty
