I have it mainly in my right hand/wrist. I wear a splint on my right wrist at night and do stretches throughout the day on my right wrist/hand as well a lots using ice packs to the wrist. I have had to stop playing games on my tablet cause that was making it worse. Luckily the carpal tunnel should go away after pregnancy, at least I hope mine will! I'm 35 weeks and it started around 33 weeks. Good luck!!
