Chest Pains??
Today i woke up with chest pains....starts from the middle then moves outwards....im almost 37 weeks...has anyone had this or know if its common?
Sounds like heartburn. Your stomach is pushed up and out of its normal position, and the acids in it can burn. It is not like any heartburn you ever experienced when not pregnant -- it aches.
