Chest pains

Ok so I'm 17w3d. And the past week or so I've been having chest pains. But only when I am laying down. And it's now getting to any position I'm laying down in. Before it was just on my back.  Now it is back and both sides. And I can't really lay on my tummy because it is Startin to have too much pressure to be comfortable.   I was wondering are chest pains normal or should I be concerned?

Cuz I haven't eaten in 2 months due to hyperemesis. And I've had it two weeks so idk.  They said some chest pain was normal.

Idk, then. I would call dr. When i started having bad heart burn, it was like 6 hrs after i ate. Are u eating small meals?

It can't be heartburn because I'm not eating anything.  It just been slowly progressing over the last week and a half and now it's any position I'm in it hurts and I can't really breath

Try taking Tums b4 laying down, could be really bad heartburn. I would say if u feel uneasy or are gonna worry like crazy, call the dr office. Idk if every place does this but ill call & ask the receptionist to have the dr or nurse call me back. Normally its an hr or so before i hear anything but better than worring myself or making a urgent care/er visit
