Child Birthing Classes

Is anybody going to take Child Birthing classes ??
I' will be 7 months on Sunday. I was thinking about taking it when I turn 8 months. I'm a Ftm and is very nerves about giving birth so this should help me out a lot.

During the birthing classes do they also talk about the epidural in how that goes ?

Taking a birth class was the best thing I did.  Knowing what to expect and having strategies to deal with contractions helps so much! I agree, take it sooner then 8 months though if you can!

I started art seven months. One of the couples in our class had their baby after only one class and they were only twenty nine weeks! So I'd say sooner than later where you're already seven months. :)

I'd start them a bit sooner! I loved my birthing class I'm totally taking one again this time. I was the only one that spoke up during class lol syringe else just say there and I had a million questions! I'll probably intimidate some first time moms in my new birthing class because I plan on challenging hospital policy.
