1st time mom
I'm scared I haven't told anyone yet what should I do
I would suggest starting with telling someone you trust, whether it is your parents, a sibling, or a trusted friend of the family. I find it very helpful to draw on the strength and knowledge of the wise women in my life and hope the same for you. I had so many concerns when I was pregnant with our first daughter, I was convinced we would never be able to be good parents, even though we were as excited and as prepared as possible. 3 years later, we're still going strong with the most wonderful little girl in the world!
