Coffee while pregnant?
Im only about 5 weeks along and have been an avid coffee drinker for a few years now. I havent had any since i found out i was pregnant and im craving a cup bad! How much coffee are you allowed to have when youre preggy?
Why would you drink something your limited to??? I wouldnt and I'm a huge coffee lover. You can live til u have your baby. If your that strictly limited why would you take a chance??
One cup! They say you can drink ONE coffee or about 2 sodas which both have caffeine. Its pretty much the caffeine they want you to stay from but you can only have a certain amount & about 2 sodas which are caffeinated add up to about 1 coffee.
