My doctor decided my miscarriage was most likely due to low progesterone....but then the next month my progesterone level was fine and they never gave me anything.  Hubby and I are ttc again and I am 2 dpo.  I won't be able to get in to see my new doctor until March 3rd and my insurance won't kick in until later this month.   Anyone have any ideas of what I could do now to insure my progesterone level stays at a healthy level?  Anything over the counter anyone recommends.

Yep i use it from 4dpo i use eigth of a teaspoon 2 times a day,each time put it on different part of your body,i use bum,tummy,under arms,thighs.anywhere where you have fatty tissue,dont put it on your boobs though,i use it right up until af arrives.dont worry about drop in temps,they are normal,some people get them below coverline,as long as most are high there no need to worry.have you got b6 yet,thats good for progesterone level as well as luteal phase i dont need to use the cream now as temps are better,but i think i will carry on...

yes I really like charting.  My temps scared me this morning though....they went really low...but not below where a cover line would be.  What days do you use your progesterone?  4 dpo all the way through

Good for you hun,it wont hurt,now your charting do you find it much better,remember even though you have long cycles occasionally.you can expect your period within 16 days,i will be keeping my fingers crossed for you.good luck..

I use a serenity cream 4dpo. you should be able to get something from your local health shop.

You may not even need Progestrone this month.  I needed it one month and never needed it again after that.  I thought that was so weird.  I am now 22 weeks and have had nothing.  Good luck

Try doing a 'google' search to see what you find.  I haven't heard of anything OTC but that doesn't mean there isn't something out there.
