Colostrum while pregnant....

With my first pregnancy, I started producing colostrum at 16 weeks. It only came out if I squeezed. So anyway, this time around I was nursing when I got pregnant and my son just stopped about 9 weeks ago and my milk dried up within 3 days. I then noticed that just a little bit of what I thought was colostrum was just coming out and only if I would squeeze it. Anyway....I noticed today that nothing is coming out anymore. Is that normal? Will I just start producing milk once the baby is born or will the colostrum come back later in pregnancy? I'm just confused since I was nursing this pregnancy, so everything was a little different with the milk/colostrum production.
I am just about 22 weeks now. Anyone else go through this? or any advice?
Thanks!

I am a little concerned as well. With my son by 16 weeks it was there and continued to be there until my milk came in. This time..stopped nursing, then just had a little come out like it did with my son. Now nothing? What is my body doing? lol. Maybe we will just get it once the baby is born? or maybe right before? I hope soon though.

I guess every pregnancy is different! Maybe I will just start producing it after baby arrives. Hmmm. It was just weird how it was there and now it's not.

I never nursed any of my boys, but with my first two sons, I produced colostrum around 16wks and then with my third pregnancy, I never seemed to produce any until after I had him, it was strange!

Every pregnancy is different....couldn't be any more truth to it!
