My son always measured small. Way smaller than he should have been. He stopped growing at 28weeks and by the time i gave birth at 35weeks my uterus only measured 24weeks. He is 4now but it is common for a baby to measure small. Just keep an eye on it. So your baby doesn't stop growing like my son.

My daughter is measuring about 3 weeks behind in her abdominal area and they have me come in every week for my appointment and ultra sounds but they didn't start that until around 32 weeks. Ill be induced at 39 weeks for that reason but everything else looks good so I guess its just precaution.

Your baby can measure a week or so behind or ahead... My last pregnanci I measured two weeks ahead. It's all in vantage position I believe .... Or how big he/ she is
