Congested/head cold... help w/home remedies??
No fever just a head cold i believe. Drainage which is effecting my throat & ears. Of course, if i feel awful i will call doctor but wondering if you have any home remedies that you swear by??? Just woke up feeling this way today so hoping i can kick it before it gets bad. Im 25+2. Thank you!!
it sounds nasty but you really cant taste it if you really sick trust me i never got the garlic taste... even if my husband would chop it into piecen n would make me chew it ... i would just laugh but thats the only remedie i try
natural orange juice with garlic either chopped in little pieces or blended....
