Nobody likes the name I picked..

I just decided on Levi Thomas...but I havent figured out the last name tho.
Ive asked everybodys opinion..only my brother and sister and a family friend have said they like it. The bd doesnt. He wants Jr, nothing else. I know i should pick a name i like and i like this name but what if no one else does? Should i care?

My bf wanted our son to be a jr. But I was like ugh, No! I don't like his name (Jason) but I added his name as one of the middle names so he wouldn't be so upset!

My husband didn't want a jr thank God. But he named our first born and I gave our first born his middle name (I totally hate our son name) but my husband was gone for the pregnancy due to military so I wanted him to have some part in it. I see nothing wrong with you not wanting a jr. It's too "traditional" to me. I really love the name Levi Thomas together. But as long as you like it I feel that's all that matters but I also feel daddy should have a say so. But y'all should agree on a name together.

I love Levi! That's on my names list too :) I think you should both agree on the name but if his not willing to compromise then oh well his loss

If its the first boy for him why don't you want a Jr? I had my turn choosing my daughter's name (Serriya) and now I'm pregnant with a boy and he feels its his turn to choose for the boy so he wants to name our son Joshua Jr. How can I get mad when I hogged choosing our daughter's name
