I would like to do it..the benefits are great! However, the naval hospital I'll be giving birth at doesn't do it. Therefore, I would have to pay out of pocket for another cord bank place to do it and it starts out at like $1,000.00

Any child with medical problems will be expensive and they ask you in the packet about health history and it's still free to donate unless you want to use it personally later there is no cost

If you want to use it personally then yes it costs but it's free to donate cord blood

It isn't expensive they have some that are free I've done it twice for free

It is a good idea if you have the money for it. All the research I did showed that it was very expensive.

I really want to do it but I heard its very expensive.  At least in my area. Im probably going to donate some though :)

Highly recommended I've did it with both of my babies i also plan to do it with this baby as well
