Could I be pregnant?

My last period was on the first week of August 2010. It is now October 2010 and I still have not received my period. My cycle is regular I always start my period on the 4th of every month and it only lasts 3-4 days. After missing my first period in September I have taken multiple at home pregnancy tests each about two weeks apart and each time the test was negative. I went to the Doctor yesterday 10/4/2010 to request a blood test but they would only do a urine test which also came back negative. It is all very confusing being that I have many pregnancy symptoms. I have gained weight, My stomach itches, my breast have been tender and sore for about a week especially my nipples,  I feel nauseated at times but no vomiting, I have been feeling fatigued the past month, frequent urination and heartburn more than normal. Is there a possibility that I can be pregnant although the pregnancy test are negative? If so what could be causing the negative results?

take a blood test that will be more accurate to know, and yes it could be harmonal changes too.

Honestly you should receive a positive result by now if you are pregnant. You're only 19 and your body really isn't done developing until into your 20's so it could be that you're going through some hormonal changes.

Otherwise you could be having phantom pregnancy symptoms- when you convince yourself so greatly that you're pregnant you can and will begin to exhibit those symptoms.
