Couldn't believe your eyes??
I took my pregnancy test on Sunday and couldn't believe my eyes when I seen the 2 lines indicating I was pregnant. Just to be sure, I took another test and got the same results. I just can't believe after so long that I am actually pregnant. What does it take for someone to believe they are pregnant? I have my blood test today and will receive my results a little later but I just can't believe it. Has anyone ever felt this way before???
Just wanted to say congrats...and I think we have all felt that "I can't believe it" feeling! I agree with kiki and joy...it will probably last throughout your pregnancy! I'm 31w and I still can't believe it lol
Thank you both for your responses. I just can't believe it. I've even called my Mom, Aunt & sister to see how should I feel or act or even what do I do. I mean DH & I have been trying for 2 years but 6 months with fertility treatments and finally the BFP came my way. I've been dreaming of this for so long and now that it's here, I just don't know how to feel. Or for that matter I don't know if I can believe I'm actually pregnant!!

LOL! CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How long have you been trying?
We all feel this way. You'll still be in denial until you're in labor, ha ha! In all seriousness, it will be hard to believe you're pregnant until your belly gets bigger, you see them on ultrasound and/or feel them move inside of you. In the first couple months it's so hard to believe. But those lines do not lie!

When you hold him/her in your arms ~ then you will know it's real! It's crazy I see mine on U/S and feel her everyday, I'm 28 weeks and still in disbelief!!! CONGRATULATIONS to you! I know that feeling it took us 5 yrs to get our little one!!!
