How long have you been trying? it can take a normal, healthy couple with no fertility issues over a year to conceive. It is entirely normal for the semen to leak back out of the vagina - however, the sperm will still remain in the uterus, so don't worry about that.
The best thing you can do is have her try to figure out when she's ovulating. Approximately 14 days before her period is due in a given cycle, she is likely to be ovulating. Having sex in the 5 days leading up to, and 5 days after, this likely ovulation date will help increase your chances of conception.
Even if you time it right, there is only a 25% chance of conception with every cycle, so don't give up hope!
Try, try again! And remember to have fun with it :-).
Sorry to pry but I have never met anyone from Eritrea before - I think it's really interesting to meet you!
Only a small portion of sperm willremain in her body and rest of it comes out,itz completly NORMAL and has nothing to do with non conception.how many months you have tried for by now?
who ever has intercourse the sperm will leak back out. Try getting her to put a pillow under her bum to raise it a bit and lie down for about half hour after sex with her pelvis being at an angle the gravity will pull the sperm down and yes it will come back out after she stands or sits. Also make sure she is ovulating. Good luck
