Cramping but no period

Hi. I'm three or four days late for my period. I've had the cramping that I get when I start my period on and off for the last few days. It's not as severe ad normal but I haven't got any blood or what not that comes with your period. I just took a 1st response hpt and it came back neg, maybe I took it too soon? I'm thinking of retaking it like a week from now. Did I take it too soon? And if its not pregnancy than what's wrong with me, stress?

I'm afraid mostly because I'm on medications and if I were pregnant I would want to fix that ASAP. But you're right, my fiancé thinks I'm being paranoid as well haha. I've never had a missed period so I hope it doesn't just sneak up on me

you may be worrying to much which can cause your period to delay, i would relax and let it be if still nothing in a week try testing again...
