Cramps

So I am 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant as of today. Every Wednesday I am another week. I'm due September 21st.
My question is I keep getting slight cramps here and there once in a while that sometimes feels like cramps I used to get on my period. It concerns me. Could be constipation though as well. Just wondering to see if anyone else is expierencing something like this around 4-6 weeks?

Thank you. My cervix is still very high and soft but I'm still bleeding. Not a whole lot but I do bleed most when I wipe. Wore a pad to bed and filled up maybe a quarter size. Literally if I had taken an actual quarter, that's how big it would be. I have never felt my cervix so high so that is still a good sign right?

I've had cramps and spotting in both a healthy pregnancy and a miscarriage. The only thing you can do is go in to be seen and take it easy. Unless you start bleeding heavily with bright red blood the baby is probably fine

I understand I've been experience cramps too. I'm just now 6 weeks pregnant and I've been experiencing cramps for the past 3 weeks. It's completely normal. You should only be worried if there's blood.

It also bugs me cause sometimes my sciatic will hurt and my back hurts. Is thus anything to be concerned about?

Slight bleeding is okay along with the cramping it's very normal yes that is called implantation. Don't stress yourself, take it easy and drink tons of water

Alright. I will. Spotted for a few hours and there really was no red blood. There was a couple spots of it but that's it. Most of it was a brownish tint.
Now wearing a panty liner.
All the symptoms I was having like urinating often and sore boobs and backache and emotional are still there.
I just don't want to lose this baby like I lost my two others. I was either due for a period on the 16 or on Saturday. What are the chances that this is implantation?

Slight cramps are usually considered normal. I had them combined with lower back pain in early pregnancy and my doctor said to double up on the water. It worked for me! Spotting is definitely a nerve wrecker though. Try not to be fearful. If it continues on or gets worse and you need peace of mind then call doc or go to ER.

Yea we are on our way home. I have had 2 miscarriages in the past and so my doctor doesn't want to hear from me unless I'm bleeding very heavily.
I just have slight cramps and slight spotting. Kind of a brownish pinkish
