You should so get this book! I'm a FTM as well and it helped me with and swell my questions! ! "Your Pregnancy and Childbirth" 5th edition by The American College of Obstetricians and swelled Gynecologists. It's so much easier to read than What To Expect When Your Expecting. Hope it helps you and swelled something much as it did me!

I had morning sickness that bad I was in hospital for a few days from dehydration. I'm now just taking a tablet that is ginger and vitamin B6. It is amazing!! I can actually eat now and keep fluids down. I definitely recommend it.

No. I'm not . The timing is really random. I usually get sick when I burp. I am to affraid to try and take anything. Plus my mother in law kind of has me in a bubble. Seeing as she used to be a nurse I trust her with that.  I've been cleaning early of the morning. It almost seems to be an addiction.  I cannot quit cleaning.

And are you taking anything for your morning sickness?

I've been struggling to sleep a bit as well. I've been walking my dog and going for a nice long swim during the day to make myself a bit sleepier and it has certainly helped.

Okay thank you. I typically don't find myself snappy as I am needy and depessed. And just slighty angry for no reason at all.  I also haven't been able to sleep in nearly two days. I don't know if I sould try some tea. But nothing I eat or drink stays down for very long.

Bloating is normal and the only thing that helped me with my mood was to sleep or try and stay away from others. I knew I was grumpy but, there was no amount of will power that could stop me from snapping at people. I apologize alot lol it does get better
