pre-eclampsia??

Can someone tell me what some symptoms of pre-eclampsia are??

I have swelling in my feet that hasn't gone away for a couple days. I do put my feet up and I have barely been on them yesterday or today. Yesterday after laying in bed for a couple hours when I would get up and stand on my feet it would feel like thousands of needles being shoved into my feet. Have had swollen feet plants during this pregnancy but it has always gone away over night. This has not.
My stomach feels a lot harder than normal. Feels exspeciallly hard when I'm trying to stand up. And I've been getting exteremly sharp pains down on the instead of my vagina. So sharp it stops me in my tracks. I'm not sure if its my uterus growing because I've had sharp growing pains before earlier on but they wer more on the sides and were when I was sitting or laying down more than standing up and walking like this is..
I've been feeling way outta it  or goofy lately too.
I also have the gustational diabeties. I'm 29+2.

Swelling especially in your face. Vision changes. Dizziness. Numbness in your hands. Constant headaches. High blood. Protein in your urine.. just mention it to your dr and see what they say. I recently phoned my dr because my vision was trippen out and then my hand/arm was going numb scared the sht out of me. But I was okay! I'm sure your fine just call your dr and make sure xo

I don't think that it's my pelvic bones softening or whatever. I can walk stand sit lay ect with out that hurting but once in a while get that super sharp pain

I would call ur doctor and mention it. They will do blood test to make sure. When i was 33 weeks pregnant my bp went high and my eye sight went blurry, i had to go to the hospital straight away to monitor me and baby
All was ok in the end. Best be safe tho.

Spd is where your pelvic bones soften too much and.they knock together extremly painful im suffering atm. Hurts to walk, roll over sit down atand up x

Now that I look at my hands they are kinda swollen too. And I have had headaches lately too
