Urine urgency, 7 weeks 6 days

The beginning of February (the 6th) I had a kidney stone. The hospital said it would pass & it'd be painful. On feb 16th I found out I was pregnant. About a week ago, I started having urine urgency ALL THE TIME, but I'm only getting a few drops out. I get uti's all the time, so I thought that's what it was. My doctor ordered a urine culture and it came back negative. I demanded to be retested, I know something's wrong. The second culture showed nothing wrong. Last Friday I went to the hospital for horrible back pain, I had to be carried to the car. The hospital did another Urine test and an ultrasound on my kidney and everything came back fine. The back pain is coming and going. It's all in my lower left side. The Urine urgency is ALL THE TIME. I go to the bathroom ah least 15-20x a day thinking I have to pee. I'm constantly clenching my vagina, when I'm trying to sleep, just to get the urgency to go away. The doctor doesn't seemed concerned at all, but it's practically ruining my days. I can't go anywhere without stopping to sit on the toilet to see if I have to pee,  or if it's a false alarm. My next appointment is March 23rd. Also they checked to make sure the baby wasn't in my tubes, it's not. Heart beat was 144. Please give me suggestions on what I can do????!!!
