I don't believe in epidurals. I will never receive one. I already have back  problems and the epidural can just worsen it.

The epudural I had with my son was ok but fell out at 8 cm of me being dialated so from feeling no pain to sudden pain doesn't help lol but I got through it. But with my daughter it went all smooth and no pain.

They gave my sister the epidural when she was in the middle of a contraction so she didnt really feel it. Im gonna be getting one to help because my pain tolerance is low and everyones freaking me out talking about the pain. Lol

It was so great for me took all the pain away and i could actually enjoy labor but they rubed some type of numbing ointment on my back first then it took them like 10 trys to get it in right but thankfully it didnt hurt only down side is my legs were still numb the next day but i could still walk and it evemtually wore off

The numbing shot is what was uncomfortable for me,  the actual epidural just felt like a shocking sensation to me..  Didn't hurt

They give you a numbing shot first which slightly burns then the epidural itself just feels like pressure. I've had it done with both my kids and neither time did it it hurt.
