Pinching during possible implantation then period like cramps

Has anyone experienced this: I am 6dpiui, Today I had some pinching like sensations in my uterus one on the right and one on the left (stronger). It last for about an hour and a half and subsided, now, 5 hours later I am cramping like I'm going to start my period, which isn't due for an other week. I've read that women have period like cramps that turn out to be implantation cramping and end up pregnant. Has anyone experienced this? I am curious to know what symptoms if any others have experienced. Pinching is that best way to describe what I felt.

Lexi is two months old now and is perfectly healthy, minus her milk and soy protein allergy and reflux. I came off my bc to relactate, but I never got enough milk to give her. So, now I'm waiting on af to return so that  can restart my  bc.

The only thing I noticed out of the ordinary was that I was peeing a lot. My boobs never got sore until right after I missed my period and my back hurt really bad.

Wow thanks for sharing your story. I have not had an bleeding but I at this point am hoping I do get a little. How are you doing now?

I had pinching pain when I found out I was pregnant. It was on both sides and I had a singleton pregnancy achieved by clomid. In answer to your other question, my boobs usually hurt before I start my period and they hurt even worse then normal for weeks after I got a positive hpt. I also had implantation bleeding from 5dpo-9dpo. I remember feeling for weeks like I was going to start my period and I even had bleeding for four weeks during my first trimester due to low progesterone levels.
