Delivery room

I'm due Oct. 31st, my boyfriend just had an interview last Friday for the prison. If he gets the job he has to go an academy for 5 weeks. I'm really worried that he'll be sent in late Sept. early October and may miss my delivery. My mom and his mom will be there as well but I feel its nothing like sharing the experience with the one you created the life with. I'll be really happy if he gets the job because it will be great for our growing family. I just know I'll get all emotional if he can't be there. We've been together 6 years and he's been there for me through everything. he missed all my drs. Appointments with our oldest because he was away at college but was there for her birth.

My mom actually said the same thing with my first, but she was there from beginning to end. Your mom will come around because she's not going to want you to go through that alone. It's a an experience she wouldn't miss for the world! She's just nervous also. And idk if I would be comfortable with a,student delivering my baby, that's kinda scary.
