Dental quest. When prego

So I'm going to the dentist 2morow to fill a cavity that came out a while back. I'm wondering if the medicine they use to make it numb is ok??? Or should I just get cleaning done? & pls. Do not respond "ask your doctor" lol

I just had a wisdom pulled last week and another will be pulled this week they made me ask my ob first and she said it was fine as long as I did not have the laughing gas. So just novicane is fine

I went to the dentist at the beginning of my pregnancy and they always make me update my health history and ask if I'm pregnant. Then they adjust their plan accordingly. I would just make sure your dentist understands your pregnant and they should know what is and isn't safe for use during pregnancy. I've heard of women having surgery while pregnant and things going just fine so I'm sure there is something safe that can be used you will just have to ask them :)
