Lol thanks for the replies... My dentist does know I am pregnant and says they would usually wait till the baby comes but since I am in really bad pain that affects my living that it's reccomended to do... I'm just nervous cause I don't want to put the baby in any kind of danger

ive been wondering the same thing, cause i have a cavity that needs to be filled, i would call your ob just to let them know, and then make sure to tell your dentist your pregnant, depending on what it is they can usually do it.

they actually recommend check ups and stuff during pregnancy as not as much calcium and stuff go to your teeth as would normally due to the baby needing it.

I was told by my midwife they will do limited work to your mouthies whilst you are pregnant. But if your dentist knows you're pregnant and iis still saying yes it has to be okay. Double check when you get there just to make sure!:)

I had dental work (cavities filled) when I was in my first trimester. I am pretty sure it is safe, but ask your dentist. S/he will know for sure. =) Good luck.
