Hey ladies I just started bbt charting right in the middle of my cycle, I know I shoulda just waited for the start of my cycle. But anyway the last three days after o my temps has been 97.5 I was wondering is this a normal temp, because compared to others charts I've seen this is a low temp!!! Why is my temp so low(to me anyway)?

I did confirm o with 2 1/2 positive opk's, do I'm sure I o'd!!!!

there is no way to know O unless you have charted the whole cycle unless you are using an OPK. But there has not been enough rise to show O has occured either! You will have a range of temps then your cover line will be .1 degree above the highest and ovulation will be .5 of a degree above the coverline. So if your follicular range is say 97.1-97.5 then your cover line is 97.6 your O will be up to 98.1 or higher and stay up for at least 12 days before coming down.
