Did my water just break?!

I'm 39+2 and I was coughing and then my undies got soaked... But it's not consistent and no more has come out. But my undies went from dry to soaked in seconds. I'm not having contractions or anything and I don't wanna drive to the hospital if it didn't actually break (I don't live close) what do I do?!?!?!

When mine broke it made a loud pop and I was laying in bed my husband felt and heard it...I got up said I'm just checking to make sure that wasn't my water. Well it started trickling and the more I walked the more it would start gushing out. It felt completely different than peeing.

When my water broke it happened when I stood up after peeing. It felt completely different than peeing, the water just fell out of me. It wasn't a lot either. It ran down my leg for a little while and then stopped. I headed over to the hospital and my water started gushing out when the nurse checked me.
If you think it's your water I would go to the hospital. Better to be safe.
Good luck! :)

Were you positive for the strep B test? If yes, I say call the hospital and see if they want you to come in. It's bad for baby if your water is broken and you're not monitored regularly. Better safe than sorry!

When my water broke I did kegals and more water would come out very strange feeling. Lay down on your back for 15 minutes then get up if you get wet again then it is your water. And try not to put anything up yourself becauseit can cause infection. And if you go to the hospital you will be on a clock if you don't have your baby within 24 hours they will push antibiotics also if your water did break don't get more then 6 vaginal checks because it can also cause infection.

That's what I thought but my mom said when her water broke with me she could control it with Kegals and it didn't consistently leak either, that's why I'm worried. I've peed myself within the past few days and I know this isn't pee because it has zero smell! I'm just a worry wart.

Pregnancy makes your bladder fill up very quickly.

Coughing and sneezing can cause you to pee yourself it's not a fun pregnancy symptom lol. Put a pad on and if it soaked in a hour or less it is your water. When your water breaks it is something you can't control and fluid will just run out of you and no matter how hard you try to stop it, it will just flow out.

You may have peed yourself. If your not leaking and not feeling anything then I would wait
