I have a hard time sleeping on my side. She gets all smushed up in my right side. But then I wake up to her in the middle of my belly. And now back to my ribs. I dont think it helps that she is breech.

rib was pretty bad for me starting around 25 weeks, it was most likely the baby in there... I definitely found it got worst around eating time, full stomach i guess means less room.. i found laying n my side would relieve it at times, and other than that i tried to sit up as straight as possible (which was hard on its own)...   cant tell you how long it will last, mine went away early but my baby dropped around 31-32 weeks but alot of babies dont drop until much later so it could be around for a while...

For a while I was getting feet in my ribs still but the pain was more temporary still but was more painful probably because the baby was getting bigger.

its likely your baby is up by your ribs. I been suffering with it for weeks and its pretty bad. Does go away now and again when the baby moves down a little. I'm 29w 3d. Try not to slouch when your sitting n lie on your side not your back. I found this helped a lot with me

I went through it really bad last week, im 26 weeks three days. Get a heat pad for your back and a body pillow, its also ok to take 4000 mg of tylenal a day. If the pain comes in sharp stabs and more than four in an hour call ur doctor.
