if you know the day you ovulated, you should wait at least 14 days from this day to take a hpt test to allow the hcg a chance to build. Although it is possible to get a + before, for more accurate results, you should wait to avoid getting a false negative. You should try again in a few days. Good luck
i would honestly say yes i have read many stories where women say that the took hpt and all came our neg and they didnt turn positive for like almost 2 mo i am going thru almost the same things right now i think i experienced implantation bleeding also in the beginning of may i am now 8 days late and have taken 2 hpt and both were neg but have almost all the symptoms lower backache, headaches, the spotting, missed period, tired, MAJOR bloating, and feeling sick to my stomach but for only a few days. some people will tell you once you have missed a period and the test is still neg then u are NOT preg but not all women are the same. you might need a blood test done just to make sure . i think thats what im going to do to !!
sorry the cycles days i mentioned are meant to be "regular" cycles.
Are your periods usually irregular (26-35 day cycles)? Looking at the dates, i'm wondering if it may have been a period you got in April and not implantation bleeding. Assuming you are regular and your last period was last march, you would have a very distinct positive by now. Maybe you are experiencing pms symptoms as they are very similar to pregnancy symptoms. good luck!.
