Implantation happens at 3weeks, not 9.  It could possibly be an ectopic pregnancy, have you had a scan?

Are you bleedeing? How sharp are they? You should call your doctor to be on the safe side. You shouldn't be feeling them very strong. If any very mild sometimes its implantation of the uterus but i would call and let him or her know asap!
