What happens when you throw up your prevental vitamins do they still work or is it safe to take another vitamin?
Vitamins are not so dangerous that taking two in a day will send you to the hospital. That would be if you took mega-loads.
Do not take another one. If you threw it up, then you threw it up. It safer to just take a day off from prenatals rather than taking another one and possibly having to go to the hospital for to many minerals and vitamins . You're suppose to take a day off from your vitamins every once In a while
If u had it down for 15min then you got some vitamin in your system if less then 15min I suggest to take another...
Take another vitamin. You didn't get the value of the one you threw up.
