Periods while being Pregnant, Help?

I have been reading everything I can on periods while pregnant, implantation bleeding, symptoms of being pregnant. I'm not exactly trying to get pregnant. I'm a very fat person and was always told it would be hard for someone like me to get pregnant. Well for the past month I have been feeling nausea, dizzyness at random moments. I can sleep practically all day and still go to bed at a normal time. My breasts have just started to get tender. I have bad headaches that seem to come from no where. I have been severly moody latley. I mean like crying at random things. The lower part of my stomach has been really sore. Like when you do crunchs and the next day your ribs are sore. I took a pregnancy test but it was weird. It had a negative sign but it was very hard to see it. Very faded. Also I'm having my normal periods. Cramping and tissue and all. This latest one seems a little different in the fact that it is not as heavy as my periods have been and the cramps aren't as bad. I just don't know what to do. I'm not comfortable going to a doctor just yet. Especially the doctors in this place. I would rather wait until I get some type of confirmation. Ugh. I hear stories and know people who had periods while they where pregnant. What I want to know is how they determined that they were actually pregnant? And how the heck did you ever figure out when you were due? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

you could be pregnant.it possible to experience bleeding whilst pregnant although it does not happen to most women.I know of a lady who bled every month thruout her pregnancy but allwas okay and normal. You nid to take a test to know. Its unfortunate u r not comfortable to visit your local doctors. From what i gather this my be because of your weight issues. Please do not let anyone make you feel worthless because of your weight. You have a right to become pregnant despite your weight. For your own health reasons, you may want to lose some weight but you are still a woman no matter what.

You will not have a true period while pregnant. Most women will confuse vaginal bleeding (which you can have) to a period which you can't. As I'm sure you know, every month your uterus prepares for an egg. If it remains unfertilized, you shed this lining and you get your period. If it is fertilized, it will attach to the uterus whch can cause implantation bleeding. Only about 30% of women experiance this, and it will generally be very light an can last for a few hours up to a day or two. If you had a real period while pregnant, you would shed the linin your baby needs to grow on which would result in miscarriage. Your doctor will be the best to see. Some women don't show on urine tests for whatever reasons, and only a blood test can prove they are.
