You will need to take your basal body temp to see how long they are and if you are Oing or not. Lots of times woman with that long of cycles are not Oing at all even they may have several + OPK's. The temping will give you all the answers you need. GO to fertility friend ,com and sign up for free and it has a course to learn how and you can also look up others charts. It is the best resource for that! Best of luck!!!

Knowing what day you O is imparitive to know your fertile days!

The vitamins work great, have you looked at ovusoft forum they have good info from women taking these, good site also, just like this..even though you get the cramps,it dont mean to say you ovulated then.so much can effect the release of the egg.definately check out the site and above one they have great software for charting which i used.good luck..

No im not taking any vitiamins.
But i wasnt aware that b6 and evening primrose oil will help, so i will start taking those.
I often get a cramp around the time i ovulate which is always from my right side, so i think my left ovary isnt working properly, but the DR wont see me about fertility unless i have been trying fore a year or more, which i think is ridiculous as i only want my ovary checked.
I will take a look at the website. Thank you very much for all your help

try looking at this very informative..
sperm dont take 3 days to replemish, doctors say every other day is fine.since you are irregular then yes can make it difficult.have you tried taking b6 vitamin,it lengthens luteal phase, but also help regulate your cycle.along with everning primrose oil.I have used both.when you get that huge stretchy ewcm this is considered the last fertile day,as well as peak..
your theory sounds right.you may want to consider charting, this way you can see your cycle on paper.and have a rough idea.of when things change for you.

Unfortunately im irregular.
I vary between 42-46 days and i dont have a period every month.
My shortest cycle has been 33 days and my longest 48, so its hard to work it out.
I notice the fertile CM, but i appear to have that starting 14 days from when i ovulate.
I think i can guess mine is 11 days, only because i read somewhere the last time you see the fertile CM is the day of or the day before you ovulate and the last time i saw mine was 15th Jan and my period started on the 26th.
Could i be right with this theory or have i got it all wrong lol.
The problem i still have though is i never know which day my period will start, so its hard to catch it.
I wanted to have sex every other day this month to catch it, but was told sperm takes 3 days to replenish and its best to do it 2-3 times a week. But ive been doing that and it doesnt appear to be enough.

How long are your cycles, basicaly what you do is work out when you ovulate, then count the days from ovulation until your period.example my cycles became a 30 day cycle before  I became pregnant I always ovulated cd16 so my luteal phase was 15 days.as long as you know when you ovulated its easy.
if your cycle is irregular then the online ovulation predictors are unreliable.personally I dont use those,as we can ovulate at any time.hope this helped.
