Dont know what to do!

Ok so my little sisters friend is 16 and iv known her for years and she is 20 weeks pregnant but hasnt told her parents yet. Her boyfriend knows and is supporting her but she hasnt even been to see the doc or had a scan! I mean anything could be wrong or even be twins. I dont know what else to say to her anymore.

I agree with some of the other ladies. She should have had a lot of testing done by now including a scan for abnormalities. If she wants to be a big girl and keep this baby, she needs to be a big girl and deal with the situation. God forbid she could have a baby with problems or special needs or her herself could have issues with pregnancy! This is exactly what I would tell her. If she wants to  be a grown up, act like one. Also remind her that the longer she waits the worse it will be when she finally tells her dad, or his parents, or both. If this doesn't help I would go so far as to tell her that if she doesn't say anything I WILL and not to hurt or betray her but to help her and that baby she is carrying! Good luck

What does her sister say? If they wrong person got upset about it they could call CPS on her parents and say they weren't taking proper care of HER. If she doesn't want to deal with telling her dad then she isn't ready to have a baby. Does she just plan on coming home with it one day after she has it?!

I think so yes but they are not really there for them. Iv said it all to her. Told her to get in the car and i was going to take her there and then but shes scared because shes wasnt 16 when she conceived and her boyfriend is 19. She thinks her dad will kill him.

After i realized the situation was more real than i thought, it took me going to the doctors& having an ultrasound& seeing the baby that the situation was something serious, so my older sister said she'd go with me to the doctor apts& so maybe just be her friend& tell her you'll help her out by going to the doctors with her then she'll decide when its right to tell her parents.

I advise you to tell her parents right now.

Well have you talked to her? Maybe tell her that you will go with her to tell her mom. If she doesn't see a doc soon she could have problems with her self like low or very low iron. Or even be a diabetic. Some teenagers are just to scared to tell there parents. But her mom needs to know.

I think she is being a selfish teenager to be honest. If your old ebough to do the deed and create a life then she is old ebough to deal with the consequences!! I dont wanna be mean but shes.not getting the right care for her or her baby.

Maybe you should take it into your hands to tell her parents. Shes half way done with her pregnancy and should of had alot done by now. Test, blood work etc. Shes putting her baby at risk by not getting the care she needs.
