Early labor??

38 weeks & it feels like I'm having mild gas pains but then again they feel like contractions. They are not that strong but they have been lasting for an hour. Could I be in labor?

My friend just had one long massive contraction that lasted 2 hours then had her little girl! Think, your considered full term from 37 weeks :)

should feel like period pains but worse. are you timing them. if they come in constant timing it's a good chance they are contractions and if it's irregular good b just Brackston hicks however you spell that
