Early pregnancy help and advice please x

I feel sick and ill all the time. I know it's normal and I haven't had much sickness yet but I feel sick all the time. Anyone got any helpful tips on how to help with sickness? Food or anything that's good to ease it off a bit or anything that's worked for you? I'm only 6 weeks but just constantly feel sick :(

Ginger tea and peppermint tea helped me. Also eating cold veggies (carrots cucumber celery etc.) helped. A lady told me acupuncture bracelets helped her. I've never tried it but she said it helped ease her nausea.

I used to feel sick first thing every morning but never sick. I'd have a healthy breakfast and id be set. It's just overcoming the fact you feel sick and just eating. Nothing too sugary or greasy though!
